ABOUT WHAT WE CAN DO

Our virtual tours have some really cool features that we can use to help your clients engage with your business. All of our virtual tours are VR ready and viewable on devices such as Samsung VR and Google Daydream and Cardboard. We can include bespoke annotation tags directly in your 3D Space, designed to highlight your products or services and link to other pages of your websites such as offers and contact us pages. We can even link to video files that will play directly in the space as part of the tour. Our virtual tours are built to within 1 to 2% of reality and the new measurement mode allows users to take accurate measurements directly from the model, particularly useful for residential and venue tours.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will it take to create a virtual tour?

Not as long as you might think! Excluding our initial consultation with you and dependent on the size of your space, we expect to complete the onsite scanning of your space during a morning or afternoon visit. From there, the post visit production process begins, including the addition of all of the required annotations within the tour. A preliminary tour will typically be available for approval within 48 hours of the scanning visit.

What devices will the tour work on?

The great news is that our virtual tours are viewable in the same quality, no matter the device. Anything from desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices will allow your clients to visit your space.

How much does a virtual tour cost?

Every space and venue is different, we therefore offer a free in person consultation to better understand what makes your business special and the usp’s that we need to promote as part of the tour.

How do I embed the virtual tour on my website?

Once the tour has been completed, we will provide a snippet of code that will allow you to embed the tour onto your website. We can also provide links to allow you to post the tour on your social media channels. The tour itself is hosted in the cloud, the cost for which is included for the first year.

How do I get my virtual tour included in google street view as part of my google business listing?

We are Google certified and can therefore publish your virtual tour directly on your behalf. Google converts the 135 megapixel 360˚ panoramas that we collect as part of the scanning process into the format suitable for their hosting.

Can I amend and update my virtual tour once created?

We can add, remove or amend the annotation tags within your tour on your behalf without the need for further visits. We appreciate that your space may change regularly over time and can offer packages that will include regular visits to re-scan the space and create an up-to-date virtual model.
