The team at Norscot instructed us to travel all the way to the highlands to create an Interactive Virtual Showroom for their customers. The company operates within a very large territory in the Scottish Highlands and as a result, prospective clients often have to travel a very long distance to visit the showroom in person.

The team had already begun the process of interacting with their customers digitally in the form of individual YouTube product videos. We combined these with our Virtual Showroom Solution so that customers can explore the showroom freely and simply click and play to learn more about a specific product or service.

This combined with features such as our Customised Menu Overlay, Integrated Lead Capture and Hosted Video Calling allow Norscot Joinery to interact with their clients in a truly modern way.
